Please note that due to Covid-19 Orange Level restrictions, ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE GATE ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT THEIR VACCINATION PASS CARD

Venue:    Blair Cartwrights Property on Cartwrights Rd off Pleasant Point Highway.

Scrutineering:     9am – 9.30am

Drivers Briefing: 9.45am

Drivers Briefing: 12:45pm

Racing: 1pm

Entry Fee: $20.00 is per family residing at the same address.

Day Subs $10.00 plus entry fee, (per family residing at same address) if you are a non-financial member

There will be a social drink with BBQ at the conclusion of the days racing and clean up.

Club will supply bbq food for all and drinks etc. for the children.

Adults BYO refreshments.

SUNDAY 27TH JUNE – CHANGE OF VENUE

Venue:                      Kellihers Property on Seadown Rd, same paddock as our last meeting. Will be sign posted.

Scrutineering:     9am – 10am

Drivers Briefing: 10am

Racing: 10.15am

Entry Fee: $20.00 is per family residing at the same address, (would be appreciated if you could have the correct money)

 

Day Subs $10.00 plus entry fee, (per family residing at same address) if you are a non-financial member

 

Yearly Subs             $50.00 per family were set at the AGM back in May, in order to race you need to be financial if not a DAY MEMBERSHIP is charged, along with the race entry fee,  Day Membership is only for a day and is charged each time you race if your yearly membership remains unpaid.

 

BBQ:             Will be after the 2nd round, Sausage, onions and sauce wrapped in bread $2.00, drinks $1

Scrutineering: 9am – 10am

Race Entry Fee: $ 20.00 is per family residing at the same address

Day Sub: $ 10.00 for all non-financial members, plus Race entry fee.

Drivers Briefing: 10am sharp

Racing: 10.15am

BBQ: as per normal. ( after 2nd round)

If you think you’re going to be a bit late for scrutineering please contact a committee member and let them know.

 

We will be running a ‘have a go’ round at lunchtime for anyone wishing to try out grass karting, please see a committee member on the day to register.
